Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support in generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Shadow senior sales executives during client meetings and presentations to learn sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports under supervision.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, orders, and payment collections.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics) to support sales activities.
- Gradually take responsibility for achieving individual sales targets as skills develop.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in building a career in sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
