We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Coordinator to join their team in Victoria Island.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
Monitor and report on HSE performance and compliance.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory bodies on HSE matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector (Upstream preferred).
Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
