Job Summary




  • A Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support business growth.

  • This role blends creativity with strategy, crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, maintaining media relationships, and aligning internal and external messaging to reflect the company’s goals and values.



Key Responsibilities

Marketing:




  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote products, services, and company initiatives.

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, flyers, videos, and web content.

  • Manage social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing supports lead generation and customer retention.



Content Creation & Management:




  • Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, social media, press releases, email campaigns, and corporate communications.

  • Develop messaging and tone of voice that align with the brand identity.

  • Maintain the company website with updated, optimized content.



Communications & PR:




  • Draft press releases, media pitches, internal announcements, and company statements.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

  • Coordinate PR campaigns and media coverage for company events, announcements, and milestones.

  • Manage internal communications and support leadership in delivering strategic messages.



Event Support & Branding:




  • Plan and promote company events, product launches, webinars, and sponsorships.

  • Ensure consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.



Analytics & Reporting:




  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).

  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI for leadership review.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or Mailchimp for data-driven decision-making.



Key Skills & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CMS (like WordPress), graphic tools (Canva, Adobe), and social media platforms.

  • Experience with content creation, SEO, email marketing, and branding.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
