Role Overview:




  • As a Part-Time Facilitator, you will deliver expert-led training sessions to mid- and senior-level professionals enrolled in our Sales & Marketing programs. You will leverage your experience and insight to help participants master both traditional and modern marketing strategies that drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Design and facilitate engaging training sessions

  • Develop course materials and case-based content tailored to adult learners

  • Drive class engagement through practical exercises, group work, and simulations

  • Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, and innovations

  • Evaluate participant progress and share feedback



Requirements:




  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)

  • Relevant certifications are a plus

  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in training or facilitation

  • Solid knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing models

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

  • Availability to teach in person at our Yaba training facility
