As a Part-Time Facilitator, you will deliver expert-led training sessions to mid- and senior-level professionals enrolled in our Sales & Marketing programs. You will leverage your experience and insight to help participants master both traditional and modern marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and facilitate engaging training sessions
Develop course materials and case-based content tailored to adult learners
Drive class engagement through practical exercises, group work, and simulations
Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, and innovations
Evaluate participant progress and share feedback
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
Relevant certifications are a plus
Minimum of 10 years professional experience, with at least 3 years in training or facilitation
Solid knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing models
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
Availability to teach in person at our Yaba training facility
