Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into paying customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Manage and optimize the sales funnel, tracking conversions and improving sales performance.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
