Overview:
An assistant is required to support the operations of a service-based business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing visibility opportunities, supporting client-related coordination, handling social media content, and providing reliable administrative support to the founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, and manage records of growth and visibility opportunities
- Handle content scheduling and social media posting across platforms
- Maintain an organized system for tracking deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups
- Draft clear and professional written communication (emails, summaries, outreach)
- Assist with light client coordination and task management
- Conduct brief research and prepare notes or updates as needed
Candidate Profile:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good organizational habits and ability to follow through without close supervision
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or any equivalent task or content management systems
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing time independently
- Discreet and reliable when handling sensitive information
