Job Summary




  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Inventory Officer to manage and maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate record-keeping, and oversee store operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock reconciliation, and logistics processes.



Key Responsibilities




  • Receive, inspect, and properly store goods and materials.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.

  • Conduct regular stock taking and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages or excesses.

  • Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store.

  • Issue materials based on requisitions and maintain issuance records.

  • Coordinate with procurement, admin, and other departments.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2 - 8 years proven experience as a store keeper or inventory officer.

  • Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
