We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Inventory Officer to manage and maintain inventory levels, ensure accurate record-keeping, and oversee store operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock reconciliation, and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and properly store goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.
Conduct regular stock taking and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages or excesses.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store.
Issue materials based on requisitions and maintain issuance records.
Coordinate with procurement, admin, and other departments.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 - 8 years proven experience as a store keeper or inventory officer.
Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks).
