Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and onboard high-caliber staff while ensuring organizational goals and compliance with Nigerian labor market standards are met
Seamless On-boarding: Facilitate constructive mediation to resolve workplace disputes, adhering to Nigerian labor laws and organizational policies
Administrative Oversight: Execute essential administrative tasks, including office logistics and facility management
Performance and Compensation Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage wage reviews to ensure fair compensation
Policy Development and Awareness: Create, update, and communicate clear HR and administrative policies.
Requirements
Qualifications: First Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is an advantage
Experience: 4 - 6 years in HR and Admin roles
Skills: Ability to build positive relationships, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively
Knowledge: Familiarity with Nigerian labor laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
