Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Championing our culture and values across the organization
- Developing and implementing people strategies that support growth, performance, and engagement
- Leading strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and organizational design
- Coaching managers and supporting leadership development
- Owning compliance, HR operations, and people processes — with excellence
Requirements

- Strong foundation in core HR functions
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out and help drive change
- Experience with culture building, organizational health, and workforce planning
- Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and business acumen
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, growing environment (startup/scale-up experience is a plus)
