  • Coaching managers and supporting leadership development

  • Owning compliance, HR operations, and people processes — with excellence



Requirements

  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out and help drive change

  • Experience with culture building, organizational health, and workforce planning

  • Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and business acumen

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, growing environment (startup/scale-up experience is a plus)
