Plan & coordinate all sales activities with the aim of maximizing the hotel's revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its facilities.
Able to maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s customers.
Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers satisfactory level is optimized.
Have a clear understanding of the hotels business strategies, then set sales goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales, and also implement all sales action plans.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to stakeholders, and develop professional long term business relationships with the aim of driving customer loyalty.
Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer.
Execute and support the Administrative & Operational aspects of sales activities (e.g. generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer correspondence).
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 5 years work experience.
