We are recruiting for our client in the ISP/ Broad Band sector, a strategic and smart enterprise sales exceutive with experience selling products and services within the ISP/ broad band sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead a team of enterprise sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in large enterprise accounts.
Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to penetrate and expand relationships with key enterprise clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.
Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in an enterprise sales environment.
Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in enterprise accounts.
