To oversee and manage the administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. coordinate various administrative duties, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.



Supervise and manage the administrative staff.




  • Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Act as a liaison between administrative staff and management.

  • Develop and maintain departmental documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.

  • Oversee the scheduling and planning of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

  • Monitor and manage departmental budget.

  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job functions effectively.

  • Assist with special projects as needed.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
