We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to oversee in-store product presentation, customer engagement, and inventory flow in our electronics showroom.
The ideal candidate will not only ensure attractive displays but also build customer relationships and drive sales through effective pitching and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and maintain appealing product displays in the showroom
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
Pitch products to walk-in customers and explain key features
Negotiate and close sales with potential buyers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising plans
Collaborate with sales team to align displays with sales targets
Track product performance and report insights
Requirements
1–3 years experience in retail merchandising or sales (preferably electronics)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate and communicate product value effectively
Attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
Familiarity with electronic products is an added advantage.
