Overview:



We are seeking an experienced National Service Manager for an expatriate role based in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aftersales service operations in the white goods sector, including warranty claim management, customer complaint resolution, and the repair or replacement of defective products. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction across the country.



Description:




  • Develop and implement effective aftermarket service strategies

  • Oversee the processing of warranty claims and customer complaints

  • Design and monitor frameworks for the repair or replacement of defective products

  • Develop and enhance standard operating procedures for the Service Team

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all after-sales services

  • Train, lead, and monitor the performance of the customer service team

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts sourcing and service support

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal quality standards

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost brand loyalty

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to aftersales service



Candidate Specifications:




  • 8-10 years experience in aftersales service management or a similar role

  • White goods industry experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Strong background in team leadership and customer service management

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Capable of handling high-volume operations and multitasking

  • Prior experience working in Nigeria or similar markets is highly desirable

  • Open to candidates with a willingness to relocate to Lagos
