Our client, a Finance and Healthcare focused company is looking for a People, Operations & Culture Professional (Strategic HR) to join their team. This is more than a traditional HR role — our client needs a strategic partner who understands how to build systems, shape culture, manage internal administrative operations, and align people practices with our evolving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Championing our culture and values across the organization
- Developing and implementing people strategies that support growth, performance, and engagement
- Leading strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and organizational design
- Coaching managers and supporting leadership development
- Owning compliance, HR operations, and people processes — with excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in people operations.
- Strong foundation in core HR functions
- Experience with culture building, organizational health, and workforce planning
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, growing environment (startup/scale-up experience is a plus).
Must have skills
- Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and business acumen
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out and help drive change
- Proven track record of driving organisational culture initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
