Our client, a Finance and Healthcare focused company is looking for a People, Operations & Culture Professional (Strategic HR) to join their team. This is more than a traditional HR role — our client needs a strategic partner who understands how to build systems, shape culture, manage internal administrative operations, and align people practices with our evolving business goals.



Responsibilities




  • Championing our culture and values across the organization

  • Developing and implementing people strategies that support growth, performance, and engagement

  • Leading strategic HR initiatives across talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and organizational design

  • Coaching managers and supporting leadership development

  • Owning compliance, HR operations, and people processes — with excellence



Qualifications




  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in people operations.

  • Strong foundation in core HR functions

  • Experience with culture building, organizational health, and workforce planning

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, growing environment (startup/scale-up experience is a plus).



Must have skills




  • Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and business acumen

  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out and help drive change

  • Proven track record of driving organisational culture initiatives.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
