Key Responsibilities




  • Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

  • Assist in the recruitment andonboarding of instructors, interns, corps members, and administrative staffacross various centres.

  • Track and maintain up-to-date records for employee documentation, contracts, and leave schedules.

  • Coordinate withcareer counsellors and centresto collect placement forms andprocess enrollee CVs.

  • Manage follow-ups forplacement-related activitiesand respond to enrollee queries professionally.

  • Draft internal memos, reminders, and basic HR communication.

  • Assist in preparing reports, interview schedules, and HR correspondence as required.



Requirements




  • Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 - 2 years of HR or administrative experience (preferably in an educational or training environment).

  • Strongattention to detailand ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office andGoogle Workspace tools (Forms, Sheets, Docs).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support others.



Desirable Attributes:




  • Passion for youth empowerment, training, or development.

  • Familiarity with recruitment or student placement processes.

  • Ability to work across different teams and locations under minimal supervision.
