Responsibilities




  • Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Oversee staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during all business hours.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

  • Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Collaborate with production and suppliers to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards.

  • Engage the brand and social media presence and launch of website.

  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain processes.

  • Implement systems and processes to improve productivity and workflow.

  • Follow up on training, and manage a team of production and administrative personnel.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that aligns with the company’s vision and values.

  • Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving complaints promptly.

  • Gather client feedback to refine product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Creative Director.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
