Job Summary

• Our client is looking to urgently fill the position of a Regulatory / Pharmacovigilance Executive to oversee all safety and compliance responsibilities related to drug products and regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a 24/7 single contact point for NAFDAC


• Maintain and manage the Pharmacovigilance (PV) System


• Submit Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) reports promptly


• Prepare Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs)


• Monitor and report product safety concerns


• Coordinate the destruction of expired/rejected products


• Handle suspected product-faking issues


• Train internal staff on safety reporting protocols


• Maintain the PV System Master File (PSMF)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related sciences


• Minimum 3 years of regulatory/pharmacovigilance experience


• In-depth knowledge of NAFDAC regulations and industry best practices


• Strong documentation, compliance, and communication skills.
