We are looking for a B2B Sales Support Staff to join our team and assist the Sales Manager in managing our wholesale and distributorship portfolio within a largely retail-focused organization.
About the Role
As the B2B Sales Support Staff, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to provide operational and administrative support for all wholesale sales activities.
You’ll assist in managing relationships with distributors and wholesalers, processing orders, following up on deliveries and receivables, preparing reports, and ensuring overall smooth coordination of our B2B sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in executing wholesale and distributor-related sales activities.
Process wholesale orders, track deliveries, and follow up on pending shipments or invoices.
Prepare sales reports, performance trackers, and client account updates.
Coordinate communication between the sales team, wholesale customers/distributors, and order fulfillment teams like the warehouse and logistics departments.
Maintain and update records of customer accounts, pricing, inventory levels, and terms of trade.
Assist in resolving customer queries or complaints with a proactive and professional approach.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure order fulfilment and timely collections.
Provide administrative support for the distributor onboarding and compliance documentation.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales admin, or B2B support—preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic sales reporting tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
A team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
