New product development:




  • Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for your team, including territory managers, national managers, and their teams.

  • Implement new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.

  • Produce monthly sales reports.

  • Work in line with KPIs and targets set out by executives.

  • Complete independent market research and list new prospects.

  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns

  • Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

  • Reach out to customers on a cold and warm basis.

  • Book and attend business meetings with potential clients.

  • Manage all contracts and paperwork associated with the deal/sale.

  • Provide mentorship and training to other sales personnel, including managers across the nation.

  • Manage team performance and set team targets and goals.

  • Update executives with department performance, prospects, and overall sales growth for a specific period.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • Promoting the organisation and its products.

  • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

  • Confidentiality of department data and proceedings must be maintained at all times. Revealing such details to a third party, regardless of who they are, is a serious offence.

  • Planning, developing, training and empowering existing down-line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies & procedures (Personal Protective Equipment, Good Housekeeping, Good Manufacturing Practices) to aim at Zero accidents in respective work areas.

  • Carry out any other task given by Management from time to time.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • Experience: 5 years and above in the FMCG setting.
