Job Summary




  • The Receptionist will be responsible for managing our front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and partners – so a warm, polished, and professional demeanor is essential.



Key Responsibilities




  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment

  • Schedule appointments and manage meetings

  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers

  • Provide basic information to inquiries about the company, services, and listings

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Office Administration/Management, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Friendly and professional attitude

  • Must reside in Abuja.
