We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth within the Financial Services (FS) sector.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to expand our footprint in the FS market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, within the financial services space.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the FS market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with banks, insurance companies, fintechs, and other FS players.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to design client-focused solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in financial services.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage enterprise-level clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong network in the financial services industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience selling tech-based or consulting solutions to FS clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to lead sales teams or mentor junior sales staff.
Understanding of digital banking, fintech, and/or investment platforms.
