Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth within the Financial Services (FS) sector.

  • This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to expand our footprint in the FS market.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, within the financial services space.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the FS market.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with banks, insurance companies, fintechs, and other FS players.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to design client-focused solutions.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to leadership.



Qualifications




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in financial services.

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage enterprise-level clients.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong network in the financial services industry is a plus.



Preferred Skills:




  • Experience selling tech-based or consulting solutions to FS clients.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Ability to lead sales teams or mentor junior sales staff.

  • Understanding of digital banking, fintech, and/or investment platforms.
