Key Duties
Coordinate event logistics, setup, and vendor activities
Supervise on-ground teams and ensure smooth operations
Act as the go-to contact during events for clients and vendors
Handle crowd flow, guest experience, and basic security
Ensure branding and sponsor visibility
Manage event tools, materials, and equipment
Quickly resolve any on-site issues
Assist with post-event reporting and feedback.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Events, Hospitality, or related field
3+ years experience preferred (promising entry-level candidates may apply)
