This is a hybrid role for a Human Resources Officer at Elevation Craft. The Human Resources Officer will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labour laws.
This role involves fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, aligning HR strategies with the company's mission and values, and collaborating with department heads and employees to drive productivity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Foster positive work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Design and implement performance management systems for all employees
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Provide regular HR reports, tracking key metrics and performance indicators
Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing, including resolving payroll-related queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business sustainability
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Human Resources Professional
Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management skills
Knowledge of ethical and inclusive HR practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
