Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored telecom solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise or corporate Clients/Partners.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate telecom solutions.

  • Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and long-term relationships.

  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

  • Monitor service delivery and coordinate with technical/support teams.

  • Prepare proposals, reports, and contract documentation.

  • Achieve sales targets and client satisfaction goals.

  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.



Requirements:




  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in telecom.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to understand technical telecom products and explain them to clients.

  • Goal-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
