We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored telecom solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise or corporate Clients/Partners.
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate telecom solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and long-term relationships.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
Monitor service delivery and coordinate with technical/support teams.
Prepare proposals, reports, and contract documentation.
Achieve sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in telecom.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand technical telecom products and explain them to clients.
