Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of key strategic and operational projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Solve high-stakes problems across technical, operational, and stakeholder dimensions — providing structure, clarity, and timely decisions.
- Develop and manage detailed workplans, timelines, and implementation schedules for projects.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, partners, field teams, and consultants to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and design corrective actions.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets; ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Ensure high standards of communication, including drafting internal briefs, strategy documents, progress reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Support the leadership team with real-time insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:

- 8–15 years of progressive experience in a project execution, operations, or strategy role — preferably with exposure to a Big Four consulting environment or similar high-performance organization.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects to completion — on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills; must be comfortable working with ambiguity and turning chaos into clarity.
- Strong project management discipline — able to create structure, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of English.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
