About the Role
- Our client is seeking a smart, creative, and sales-minded Marketing & Social Media Executive who understands how to use social platforms to drive visibility, tell compelling stories, and close sales.
- This is not just a content creation role — it’s about creating impactful video content, running ad campaigns, and converting followers into paying clients.
- You must know how TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) work and be confident using them as a sales engine, not just for likes or views.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, post, and manage engaging video content (especially BTS during fittings, styling, events, etc.)
- Plan and execute a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram & X
- Use short-form video tools (CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, etc.) to edit content professionally
- Run and optimize paid ads on TikTok and Instagram to meet reach and sales goals
- Build and manage a social media sales channel (DMs, WhatsApp links, shop features) to convert engagement into purchases
- Collaborate with the sales and production team to meet monthly sales targets
- Monitor performance using analytics and report on growth, engagement, and conversions
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years work experience.
- Experience managing fashion or lifestyle pages on TikTok, Instagram, and/or X
- Confident with mobile video editing tools and content design apps (CapCut, Canva, VN)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to create viral, trend-aligned content that also sells
- Comfortable with DM-based selling, follow-ups, and online sales funnels
- Basic experience with ad creation and audience targeting on Meta/TikTok Ads
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be results-driven with a clear goal mindset.

- Handled influencer collaborations or giveaways

- Leads and purchases from social channels
