About the Role
- The Program Officer will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of teacher development programs.
- This role requires strong skills in monitoring and evaluation to ensure program effectiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate teacher training programs
- Develop M&E tools and frameworks
- Collect and analyze program data
- Conduct evaluations (baseline, midline, endline)
- Prepare reports and success stories
- Engage with schools, partners & stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
- Master’s Degree or certification in M&E is an added advantage.
- 3 – 5 years in program implementation & M&E
- Skills in data tools (KoboToolbox, SPSS, Excel)
- Strong communication & reporting skills
- Passion for education & social impact
