Job Summary




  • We’re seeking a proactive and organized Retail Sales Officer to manage showroom operations, track customer inquiries, and ensure an outstanding retail experience.

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable juggling both backend and client-facing responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee the organization and presentation of the showroom to meet high standards

  • Ensure cleanliness of shelves and replacement of items post-client viewings

  • Facilitate prompt replacement of purchased showroom items

  • Track and manage weekly job orders for upholstery or production teams to meet retail targets

  • Identify and resolve workflow constraints

  • Ensure timely deliveries and installations for retail orders

  • Follow up with clients after delivery and installation for feedback

  • Maintain the PIQIT/Retail spreadsheet and ensure e-commerce listings are accurate

  • Work with the store to capture and record inventory properly

  • Accept only quality-checked products into the showroom

  • Assist in product uploads and backend inventory tracking

  • Maintain and update a digital tracker for customer inquiries across platforms

  • Provide monthly tracker analysis reports

  • Collate and share top 5 bestseller updates weekly and monthly with customer service

  • Coordinate styled photoshoots with the marketing and design teams

  • Notify admin team ahead of photoshoots for site readiness

  • Post daily on WhatsApp stories and respond to customer inquiries on all platforms

  • Support SMS pushes and manage follow-ups for complex queries

  • Maintain a complete customer database for broadcast messages

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and ensure showroom items are accurately tagged

  • Prevent unapproved items from entering the showroom

  • Ensure catalogues are uploaded to WhatsApp by customer service reps

  • Assist in collecting client reviews to support future sales.



Requirements & Skills




  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree. 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Attention to detail and customer service mindset

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and online product tools

  • Ability to manage retail operations and back-office tasks effectively

  • Experience in furniture or lifestyle retail is an added advantage.
