Job Summary




  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Responsibilities




  • Responsible to Identify Leads/opportunity, from qualifying to closing deals

  • Strongly pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for the company.

  • Understand the use of sales tools and methodologies to optimize results.

  • Build and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Attend both physical and virtual meetings to close deals

  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.

  • Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities, and specifications.

  • They balance the needs of the client with the interests of the organization.

  • Research the market and competition to understand what makes the Organization offering the best choice for the customer.

  • Positive mind-set thinking

  • Set goals and identify actions to achieve them.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.

  • Address customer questions and concerns, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Ensure contracts and SLAs are accurate and in line with company policies

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven track record of success in sales in corporate environment.

  • Has 3 years’ experience in relevant Organization,

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.

  • WIN- Orientation.
