Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as digital marketing, referrals, industry events, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Must offer excellent customer service
- In charge of all social media and reports to the M.D.
- Respond toall online inquiries and sales when they come up.
- Respond to clients’ inquiries.
- Assist with sales.
- Payment of bills promptly.
- Cross-check the levelof stock on the shop floor and inventory.
- Request for new furniture with the guidance ofSales & Admin.
- Collate daily sales and expenses, and follow up with the MD to capture her expenses. Submit figures toSales & Admin.
- Ensures the shop is ready to serve clients by ensuring all necessarytools are ready.
Job Requirements & Skills
- HND / B.Sc Degree in a related discipline with 5 years work experience
- Female
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Sales and Marketing skills.
- Understanding how social media tools work (especially Instagram) and other media tools.
- Ability to identify areas where we can pitch our business.
- The proximity of the applicant to Ajah will be an advantage.
