We’re looking for someone who will be the voice and ears of our school on the phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Your main responsibility will be to manage all incoming and outgoing communication from parents, prospective families, vendors, and the community—and most importantly, follow up!
Key Responsibilities
Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Return missed calls within the same day.
Keep a daily Call and Inquiry Log to track every caller and inquiry.
Monitor and manage all school WhatsApp messages.
Respond to WhatsApp inquiries or direct them to the right department.
Follow up on all incomplete inquiries—calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Track and follow up with all parents or prospects who requested forms, admission information, or school brochures.
Follow up with individuals who started but did not complete inquiry forms or application forms.
Ensure all email inquiries receive a timely response or follow-up.
Escalate urgent or sensitive matters to the Head of School or relevant departments.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelors / Masters Degree
Previous experience in school administration, customer service, or front desk roles (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude at all times.
Organized and able to track large volumes of inquiries.
Familiar with phone etiquette, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication.
Good follow-up skills—nothing falls through the cracks!
