Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all rooms meet health and safety regulations.
- Assist with laundry duties when required.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and uphold excellent customer service.
Any other assigned task by the management.
