Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following




  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.

  • Manage cash flow, credit control, and financial risk.

  • Provide insights on business performance and improvement opportunities.

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Coordinate external and internal audits.

  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategy



Qualifications




  • Bsc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years progressive experience in accounting, financial planning/ financial analysis with at least 2 experience in a managerial role.

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or QuickBooks).

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance principles.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, creativity and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
