Responsibilities




  • Plan, organize, and execute financial projects.

  • Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial expenditure of THL.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations to the management

  • monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on THL Projects

  • Strategic management of THL procurement and inventory database

  • Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.

  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.

  • Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.

  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

  • Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.



Education and Experience




  • Degree in finance/accounting.

  • Certified Public Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) license

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Finance Manager

  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other financial planning software.

  • Age not more than 40 years.



Required Skills:




  • Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation

  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence people

  • Passionate and willingness to learn about THL processes ·

  • Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
