Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments of loans and other dues
Issue invoices and statements accurately and efficiently
Monitor overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts, following ethical and respectful procedures.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants using financial analysis and risk assessment tools. Set appropriate credit limits and monitor customer creditworthiness.
Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
Collaborate with loan officers to ensure adherence to credit policies.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cashflow statements.
Analyze financial data and identify trends or potential risks. o Provide financial information and insights to management for decision making.
Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Comply with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
Participate in special projects and other functions as may be assign by the Finance Manager and the CEO.
