Job Summary




  • We are looking for a finance manager to handle all financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports and to also contribute significantly to the company



Responsibilities




  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate records of financial transactions.

  • Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers

  • Managing company budgets and establishing budget guidelines for all departments

  • Identifying ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits

  • Managing vendor information within the system, including setting up new vendors and maintaining existing vendor records.

  • Comply with financial policies and regulations



Requirements




  • HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

  • 3-4 years proven work experience as a finance manager, experience in manufacturing company is an advantage

  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Quickbooks or SAGE 50)

  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office

  • Experience with general ledger functions

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
