Job Summary
- We are looking at hiring two Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) who will assist in aligning HR strategies with business goals by partnering with leadership on talent management, organisational development, employee relations, and performance, essentially bridging HR functions with operational needs to drive business success.
- Key responsibilities include workforce planning, succession planning, coaching managers, resolving complex issues, analysing HR metrics, and fostering a high-performance culture, requiring strong business acumen alongside HR expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex issues, conflict resolution, and maintain positive work environments.
- Organisational Development: Drive change, improve work relationships, and build organizational capability.
- Coaching & Guidance: Advise managers on HR policies, risk mitigation, and leadership.
- Data Alaytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies.
- Contract Workers Management: Should be able to monitor the attendance of contract workers through biometric operations, and also resolve all issues
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Economics or other Social sciences
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in HR operations
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of business functions, market trends, and financial impacts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practice.
Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 per month.
