Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Finance Associate to manage NoemDek’s day-to-day finance and accounting function across its multi-industry operations. This role will be responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and supporting business and investment decisions.

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable owning the finance function in a fast-growing environment.



Job Description



Accounting & Bookkeeping




  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records across group entities

  • Post and reconcile daily transactions, including expenses, revenues, and intercompany entries

  • Manage general ledger, journals, accruals, and prepayments

  • Perform monthly bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records



Financial Reporting & Planning




  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Track business performance and highlight key trends and issues

  • Assist with financial analysis to support business and investment decisions

  • Support medium-term and annual planning processes



Operations & Compliance




  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing and payments

  • Monitor cash flow and working capital position

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  • Support internal and external audit processes

  • Improve basic finance processes and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness



Taxation & Regulatory Compliance




  • Prepare and support filing of tax returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT)

  • Ensure timely statutory filings and remittances

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements

  • Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulators as needed

  • Monitor changes in tax rules and flag implications



Treasury & Fund Support




  • Support cash management and banking activities

  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports

  • Assist with investor, lender, and management financial reporting

  • Support fundraising documentation and financial data requests

  • Monitor FX exposure and other basic financial risks



Team & Collaboration




  • Work closely with operations and leadership teams

  • Support and mentor junior finance staff where required

  • Communicate financial information clearly and simply

  • Contribute to building a structured, reliable finance function



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

  • Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA (mandatory)

  • 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, finance operations, or FP&A

  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and basic tax

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

  • Experience in a multi-entity or fast-growing environment is an advantage
