- Our client, , is seeking a polished, customer-focused Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Role Objective
- To provide a premium luxury customer experience while achieving sales targets, representing the brand professionally, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
- Welcome and engage customers professionally in line with luxury retail standards.
- Understand customer preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Sales & Revenue:
- Drive in-store sales and consistently meet individual and store targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell fragrances and related products.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Store Operations:
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all fragrance lines.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment.
Requirements
- 3–4years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Retail experience is mandatory (luxury retail experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance.
- Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
