JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of financial products, services, and operational processes.


• Proficiency in banking software, CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.


• Master’s degree or professional certifications (MBA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS, etc.) is an added advantage.


• Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in business development or sales within financial services.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
