- We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, market research, and lead generation, with a strong passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the solar industry
- Strong industry network and deep knowledge of renewable energy products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation
Salary: Approximately ₦700,000
(Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and commission)
