  • We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the renewable energy sector.

  • The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales, market research, and lead generation, with a strong passion for sustainable energy solutions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients

  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is an advantage)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the solar industry

  • Strong industry network and deep knowledge of renewable energy products

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets



Compensation

Salary: Approximately ₦700,000

(Inclusive of basic salary, allowances, and commission)
