Job Summary

• The Business Manager will oversee operations, drive profitability, and ensure seamless coordination between production, sales, and customer service units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and operational targets


• Oversee production workflow, quality control, and delivery timelines


• Manage budgets, cost efficiency, and financial performance


• Supervise staff performance and drive accountability


• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalations


• Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field


• Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience (printing/packaging or manufacturing experience is a strong advantage)


• Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Must reside within close proximity to Onipanu.
