Role Overview




  • A Management Trainee is an entry-level professional role designed to develop future leaders.

  • You will undergo structured training across different aspects of the business while gaining hands-on experience to prepare for supervisory or managerial positions.



Key Responsibilities




  • Participate in training sessions to understand company operations, products, and services

  • Assist in daily business activities across departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)

  • Support senior team members in executing projects and tasks

  • Learn and apply business strategies to improve performance

  • Monitor and analyze basic performance metrics

  • Engage with customers/clients to build strong relationships

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and feedback on assigned tasks

  • Demonstrate leadership potential and teamwork.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc (any discipline)

  • Basic knowledge of business operations is an advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
