Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business/Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 2years’ experience in sales or business development (with leadership experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
