Key Responsibilities 




  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Creating accurate, timely financial reports, managing, and analyzing data to advise upper management on financial decisions.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing, implementing, and overseeing company budgets and conducting financial forecasting.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the flow of cash to ensure the organization has sufficient liquidity.

  • Investment and Capital Allocation: Managing investment portfolios and determining the optimal mix of debt and equity to minimize costs and maximize profits.

  • Team Leadership: Leading the finance department, including mentoring staff and coordinating financial activities across different departments.



Requirements
