Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company’s properties and investment packages, and converting prospects into successful sales.
- This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads for property sales and investment opportunities.
- Promote the company’s properties, land, and investment packages to prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations and site inspections for interested buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding property prices, payment plans, and documentation processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales strategies.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
