Job Summary
- The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that support the organization’s long-term goals.
- Develops and implements long term plans to drive company growth, profitability and competitive advantage. Develops operating models and go-to-market strategies.
- This role works closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive business performance through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate and business unit strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support senior leadership in strategic planning, business transformation, and growth initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and strategic execution.
- Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis for strategic investments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations and reports for leadership and board meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities including partnerships, expansion, and innovation.
- Collaborate with departments such as finance, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure strategy alignment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is often preferred.
- 10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis, financial modelling, and strategic frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
