Job Summary




  • The Head of Projects will oversee all real estate development and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.

  • The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management capabilities.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all real estate development projects.

  • Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Supervise project managers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to executive management.

  • Manage project risks and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or quality.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Ensure cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to project specifications.

  • Drive efficiency and innovation in project delivery processes.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Project Management, or related field.

  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (PMP, COREN, NSE, NIOB, etc.) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5–7years’ experience in construction or real estate project management.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale real estate development projects.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent budgeting, planning, and project execution abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction management systems.
