Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware, and software to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.


• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, handling hiring, training, performance reviews, and project assignments.


• Develop IT strategies, policies, and budgets; implement upgrades and disaster recovery plans while monitoring security.


• Collaborate with departments to identify tech needs, troubleshoot issues, and support business growth through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 3 years minimum in IT roles


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in IT tools like Active Directory and firewalls. Preferred Qualifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CISSP.
